Start with a clear operating rhythm
The first 30 days should focus on documenting the habits that already produce results: prospecting blocks, follow-up standards, appointment preparation, and daily scorekeeping. A new agent should never have to guess what winning activity looks like.
Build coaching into the calendar
During days 31–60, establish short weekly coaching sessions and simple performance reviews. Celebrate activity, correct gaps early, and make expectations visible. Consistency builds confidence faster than occasional motivation.
Scale what is proven
In days 61–90, recruit around the system—not around promises. Invite people into a culture with clear training, accountability, and leadership support. A strong agency grows when each person can see the next step and knows who will help them take it.
